perform a sealing test; flatness \u2264 0.05 mm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Piston and Rings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clean top, ring grooves, and cooling chamber carbon deposits (do not use wire brushes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measure: piston diameter, taper, ovality; ring groove height, wear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measure piston rings: end clearance, side clearance, elasticity; replace immediately if cracked\/chipped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspect piston pins, pin holes, and retaining rings;
