Are the products you sell genuine CUMMINS products?
We offer both genuine CUMMINS products and alternative market options, depending on customer requirements. If a customer purchases genuine CUMMINS products, we will ensure that original CUMMINS parts and accessories are supplied accordingly.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products we sell are covered by a warranty.
How long is the order delivery lead time?
Delivery time depends on Kangming’s inventory status as well as the order quantity. As each order may vary, the standard lead time is typically 7–20 working days. If the products are in stock at Kangming’s warehouse, delivery can be completed within 3 working days.
What services do you provide with the products?
For all products sold, we provide remote commissioning support and remote installation technical assistance.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for engine parts?
Our minimum order quantity depends on the product category and customization requirements. For standard engine components, flexible MOQ options are available. For customized OEM production, MOQ is determined based on tooling and production configuration. Please contact our team for detailed quotation support.
