We offer both genuine Kangming products and alternative market options, depending on customer requirements. If a customer purchases genuine Kangming products, we will ensure that original Kangming parts and accessories are supplied accordingly.

Yes. All products we sell are covered by a warranty.

Delivery time depends on Kangming’s inventory status as well as the order quantity. As each order may vary, the standard lead time is typically 7–20 working days. If the products are in stock at Kangming’s warehouse, delivery can be completed within 3 working days.

For all products sold, we provide remote commissioning support and remote installation technical assistance.
