Each engine has a standard parameter range for various indicators, such as oil pressure, water pressure, fuel pressure, oil temperature, and water temperature. In addition to testing the engine’s output power, fuel efficiency, and operating status, we assess its quality from multiple perspectives and dimensions.
How we manufacture 4BT CUMMINS engines:
- Every spare part we select undergoes rigorous quality testing and only those meeting standards are assembled into the engine.
- We tune the engine according to Cummins’ official data (power, pressure, etc.) to ensure every parameter meets Cummins’ official requirements.
- After assembly, the engine undergoes rigorous testing. Under 12 consecutive hours of operation, we check various indicators such as engine power, oil pressure, water pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and fuel pressure. Only engines that meet all requirements are allowed to leave the factory.
- We have established a strict after-sales system—each engine has a serial number. During the warranty period, we provide quality assurance and repair services for the product.
